Completion of Secondary Education. Maths and English mandatory
Studies in Business istration, Marketing or Sales will be an asset
Previous experience of 2 to 3 years in sales positions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.

· Maintains direct with hardware store clients, take orders, visit regularly to introduce brand products, provide technical advice, review product rotation and engage with sales promoters to encourage merchandise sales.
· Trains both the staff and hardware store clients with informational talks about all the brand's products and their specialties.
· Collects invoices from clients using the company's authorized paperwork and delivers the money to the s Receivable department, following the procedure established in the SOP.
· Requests statements from clients and follows up on their payments to ensure the client remains within the approved credit conditions.
· Coordinates with other company departments to facilitate order deliveries to clients.
· Issues product return slips.
· Coordinates and/or executes promotions with each client, setting up product displays accordingly in the hardware store.
· Ensures the image of the brand is maintained at the assigned point of sale, reviews advertising materials, and coordinates changes in brochures, banners, signs, etc.
